What we’re looking for

Responsibilities

  • Drives and oversees marketing plan in order to maximize and enhance the consumer reach, customer engagement and satisfaction and main business metrics: turnover, AOV, purchase frequency, retention rate and LTV.

  • Develops local marketing and sales funnels and oversees their efficiency.

  • Oversees the marketing metrics for obtaining comprehensive consumer behaviour and business performance analyses that supports local product marketing tactics.

  • Establishes effective relationships with cross-functional teams in order to drive commercially effective, timely, and on-time marketing campaigns and activities.

  • Works closely with the Customer Research team to gain a deep understanding of the markets to help improve the product and develop an efficient local marketing plan.

  • Works closely with the Product Management team to create a friendly UI and UX that responds to customers needs and local market expectations.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of practical experience as a Marketing Manager. 

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration

  • Experience in a large and complex commercial setting performing tasks related to marketing, sales, or any other marketing-related functions. 

  • Proven and successful track record in direct strategic and tactical product marketing activities such as product launches.

  • Strong understanding of all elements of the product marketing process.

  • Experienced in marketing strategies and tactics, marketing and sales funnels, project management and market and customer research.

  • Knowing English language at least B2 level
