What we’re looking for

We are looking for a Lead/Senior Change Management Coordinator (m/f/d) who will start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and align projects, Programmes, or portfolios with organizational strategy

• Lead and coordinate large project teams, medium Programmes, or small project portfolios

• Identify and address complex risks affecting projects, Programmes, or portfolios

• Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment

• Manage budgets at a larger scale, ensuring financial accountability for projects, Programmes, or portfolios

• Ensure high-quality standards are met across all projects, Programmes, or portfolios

• Address complex challenges and obstacles impacting organizational objectives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Finance, Management, etc.)

• 7+ years of relevant experience, depending on the specific role (Project Manager, Programme Manager, or Portfolio Manager)

• Certification in project management and/or agile methodology (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, Kanban)

• Specialized training on Programme and project portfolio management (e.g. PfMP, PPM, PPMC, etc.)

• Proficiency in project management tools and software

• Leadership and communication skills

• English = B2+ (mandatory), Russian = B2+ (highly desirable)
