What we’re looking for
In this role you will be responsible to enhance the performance of Autodoc PRO across Europe by effectively managing key performance indicators (KPIs) and supporting efficient team management.
Reporting directly to the Director of Autodoc PRO, this position plays a pivotal role in driving business results through data-driven insights, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. By ensuring alignment with organizational goals, the role contributes to the optimization of both commercial and operational activities of Autodoc PRO, empowering teams to achieve sustainable growth and success.
Responsibilities:
KPI Management and Reporting
Serve as the control tower for Autodoc PRO's commercial and operational KPIs.
Maintain and update all major business KPIs.
Prepare materials for key meetings, including the Pro Committee, Townhall, and SVB.
Collaborate with the Finance Department to provide operational indicators and relevant analyses.
Performance Planning and Analysis
Assist country manager with the deployment of the local performance plan.
Develop and manage a detailed sales performance dashboard, analyzing data by country, region, zone, customer, and CRM status.
Correlate sales performance data with qualitative metrics (e.g., NPS scores, number of visits).
Analyze results and propose actionable plans for country managers.
Monitor the implementation of action plans and measure their impact.
Identify over-performing zones and share best practices across regions.
Ad Hoc Analysis
Perform ad hoc reporting and analyses upon request from the European Manager or country managers.
Focus on harmonization and efficiency through targeted analysis.
Develop and share best practices between countries.
New Market Launch Support
Manage geomarketing zoning with country teams and external partners.
Analyze initial trends in new markets and propose actionable plans to address findings.
Price Benchmarking
Act as the intermediary between countries and the Pricing Team for price benchmarking initiatives.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Graduate degree in a relevant field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, with a good understanding of B2B distribution operations.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Office tools, Power BI, DevOps, and Google Suite.
Language Skills: French native and Fluent English.
Analytical Abilities: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and develop actionable insights.
Organizational Strengths: Highly organized with a focus on prioritizing key tasks and managing multiple projects effectively.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams and present findings clearly.
Self-motivated, autonomous, and capable of working both independently and within a team environment.
