Integration Project Manager (m/f/d)

What we’re looking for
Responsibilities :
Lead, drive, and manage end-to-end integration and automation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
Develop and execute project plans, including defining project tasks, resource allocation, and scheduling.
Coordinate and manage project resources, both internal and external, to ensure efficient project execution and managing a team within several functions/departments along with external project participants (contractors).
Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues that may impact project delivery.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Service Delivery Teams, business units, vendors, and partners, to ensure seamless integration of systems and services.
Identify opportunities for Private Brands business process automation and optimization, leveraging 3rd party services and technologies.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Deep understanding of SDLC
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in project management tools and software like Jira, MS Project, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 will be a plus.
Experience:
Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a minimum of 4-5 years of commercial project management experience.
Experience in managing projects involving the integration of complex enterprise systems
Language Skills: English B2 (Upper Intermediate), Russian B2-C1
