What we’re looking for
In this role you will be designing, implementing, and overseeing programs and initiatives that enhance the capabilities of managers and leaders. Responsible for creating and executing strategies that align with organizational goals and promote leadership excellence. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the programs are effective, impactful, and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
Design, develop and implement comprehensive management and leadership development programs and initiatives utilizing a variety of learning methods that address current and future business needs.
Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities within the management and leadership population.
Analyze data and feedback from performance reviews, employee surveys, and other sources to inform program design and content.
Develop and utilize assessment tools to measure leadership competencies and track development progress.
Partner with People Business Partners and other stakeholders to align development programs with organizational goals and talent strategies.
Work closely with subject matter experts and external vendors to design and deliver high-quality learning experiences.
Develop and implement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of management and leadership development programs.
Continuously refine and enhance development programs based on evaluation results, industry trends, and best practices.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant role.
Proven track record of designing and implementing successful management and leadership development programs.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and various training methodologies.
Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Experience with coaching and mentoring programs.
Certification in leadership development, coaching, or related areas is a plus.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Fluent English language skills (written and verbal).
