What we’re looking for
As a Senior Global Mobility Specialist at AUTODOC, you will play a critical role in creating, managing and streamlining the company’s global mobility processes. This includes overseeing employee relocations, international assignments, and together with other departments ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws. The position will support the company's growth and operational efficiency by facilitating seamless employee transitions across our key strategic European locations.
Responsibilities:
Compliance and Legal Management
Ensure compliance with global mobility policies and international labor laws, including work permits, visa requirements, and tax regulations.
Partner with the legal and HR teams to address employment law requirements in host and home countries.
Global Mobility Operations
Develop and manage policies related to international assignments, remote work arrangements, and expatriate programs.
Coordinate end-to-end employee relocation processes, including pre-move planning, logistical arrangements, and post-move support.
Collaborate with external vendors for immigration, tax, and relocation services if required.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as the primary point of contact for employees, TA & People business partners, and managers on all mobility-related matters.
Provide ongoing support and communication to assignees and their families to ensure a smooth transition.
Policy Development and Improvement
Support with policy creation and its regular review and update to align with industry best practices.
Drive constant process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of mobility programs.
Data Management and Reporting
Maintain accurate records of mobility cases and generate regular reports for internal stakeholders.
Monitor key metrics, such as relocation costs, compliance rates, and employee satisfaction.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in global mobility, expatriate management, or a related HR function in a large organization with a workforce in multiple EU countries.
Proficiency in handling immigration, tax, and relocation processes for international employees between EU and non-EU countries.
Solid understanding of EU labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance standards across multiple countries.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Basic understanding of HRIS (Workday) and mobility management systems.
Awareness of cultural diversity and sensitivity in a corporate environment.
Analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting.
Communication skills for engaging with employees and senior leaders.
Expertise in managing immigration and visa processes.
Experience with policy development and implementation for global mobility frameworks.
Time management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
