To support the payroll department we are looking for a Payroll Specialist (f/m/d) in Poland / Szczecin for a contract limited to one year.

What we’re looking for

As a Payroll Specialist at AUTODOC, you will deliver professional payroll services for assigned EMEA countries. You will manage the entire payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payments to our employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with outsourced payroll providers to prepare monthly payrolls

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage the complete payroll cycle for Poland and Czech Republic

  • Validate payroll output reports delivered by our outsourced payroll providers

  • Manage the year-end processes for all assigned payrolls to ensure statutory deadlines are met

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to support them as and when needed

  • Respond to employee payroll-related inquiries

  • Provide ad-hoc support as requested by your line manager

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, HR or a related field

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant payroll experience

  • Strong Excel skills (PIVOT tables and VLOOKUPs)

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details

  • Previous experience in working in an international fast-paced environment

  • Previous experience with Workday preferable

  • High motivation and team spirit

  • Proactive and can-do attitude

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Strong written and verbal English skills
