HR Processes Analyst (m/f/d)

Reporting to the Head of People Services, this role will lead activities to analyze, design and document end-to-end customer oriented people processes, and the necessary communication and change management practices to ensure that these are securely embedded and embraced by stakeholders across the business.

Reporting to the Head of People Services, this role will lead activities to analyze, design and document end-to-end customer oriented people processes, and the necessary communication and change management practices to ensure that these are securely embedded and embraced by stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Lead activities to analyze, design and document end-to-end customer oriented HR processes with a focus on consistency, process harmonization and solution standardization.

  • Act as a champion for continuous improvement and operational efficiency within the People Function.

  • Provide coaching and guidance to all Regional / Country People Operations teams on process setup and efficiency.

  • Responsible for the execution of project management for people relevant projects.

  • Have a strong understanding of HR policies and key processes across the employee life cycle so be able to partner effectively with all Centres of Excellence.

  • Develop and create KPIs for the People Services area, as well as ensure their monitoring, achievement of objectives, and sharing through reporting.

  • Responsible for ensuring the communication of all functional requests related to system evolution between HR and the People Tech team, as well as tracking the developments made.


Job Requirements:

  • Successfully completed university studies, ideally in the field of business administration ; human resources or Information Technology.

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience and evidence of implementing process improvements in an organization with similar operational scale. 

  • Qualification in process improvement methodologies is highly desirable.

  • Ability to lead technical discussions, challenge assumptions and gain consensus across diverse teams.

  • High level of expertise in project management coupled with effective change management skills.

  • Confident in the use of HR software solutions (ie Workday or similar).  

  • Previous experience implementing or/and optimizing Workday or similar platform highly desirable

  • Fluent written and spoken English skills
