What we’re looking for
Join us as an Administrator People Operations, where you'll oversee hiring, transfers, and dismissals in compliance with labor laws. You'll manage HR documentation, maintain personnel records, and provide guidance to employees and managers.
Additionally, you'll handle employee inquiries, maintain leave records, and assist with payroll queries. With opportunities to contribute to policy development and system maintenance, this role offers growth and impact.
Responsibilities:
Arrange the hiring, transfer, and dismissal of employees in compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
Process hirings, transfers, terminations, etc. in HRIS/payroll systems and prepare all documentation for employees
Manage and store employment record books
Maintain accurate personnel records and update them as needed
Prepare and amend HR documents following the requirements of the Labour Code
Provide timely and accurate guidance to employees, Managers, HR BPs on general HR questions
Communicate with employees about their documentation and answer questions related to the area of responsibility
Keep records on employees’ vacations, leaves, compensation, etc. up to date
Monitor deadlines for submission of required employment documents
Prepare basic/standardized and complex/customized HR Reports (both, statutory and internal)
Assist with payroll queries by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken
Take part in the development, implementation and maintenance of HR policies, procedures and HRIS/Payroll systems - Workday, 1С
Communicate with the state authorities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
2+ years of experience in Personnel Administration or a similar role
In-depth knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine
General understanding of HR Processes
Attention to details and accuracy
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical mindset
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-management and multitasking abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Knowledge of 1C, Medoc is a must
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel)
Workday system experience would be an advantage
Pre-intermediate level of English or higher
