Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive promotional strategies aligned with overall marketing objective
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of promotional specialists, providing guidance and support in executing impactful campaigns
  • Manage and oversee all promotional activities, ensuring they align with the brand and resonate with the target audience
  • Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and develop engaging promotional materials
  • Monitor industry trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for innovative promotional campaigns
  • Analyze promotional performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future campaigns
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to integrate promotional efforts with broader initiatives
  • Stay informed about competitors' promotional activities and market trends
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a promotional management role, demonstrating success in developing and executing effective campaigns
  • Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for promotional campaigns
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
