What we’re looking for

We at Autodoc are searching for an accounting professional, with strong knowledge in finance processes in an SAP-environment and an affinity for IT-solutions to join us as 'Manager Finance Processes & Projects'. You join our accounting department to lead, support and manage change throughout the daily accounting operations, IT landscape and processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Project-oriented conception, introduction and further development of new finance-relevant processes, change management strategies and operating models especially within ERP SAP FI/CO and SD, or related third party solutions, e.g. improvement of dunning processes.

• Management of finance-projects, including description of technical process requirements, project monitoring and reporting as well as close coordination of IT implementation (SAP ERP), understanding of the procedures and concepts.

• Support organizational interactions, cross-departmental support for the Finance departments, in particular in Accounting, Group Accounting, Tax, Financial Solutions, Treasury.

• Responsible for change communication and instruction creation to Business, especially B2B and IT outside the project.

• Creating and interpreting data analyses and preparation of reportings and decision papers for management, ensuring strong project management quality.

Job Qualifications:

• University degree with focus on Finance and Accounting.

• 5+ years of professional experience in accounting, ideally as a consultant at a renowned tax consultancy/auditing firm, an established start-up or large company.

• Start-up and hands-on mentality, strong analytical skills, high IT affinity and extensive accounting knowledge.

• Ability to lead technical discussions, challenge assumptions and gain consensus across diverse teams as well as very good communication skills.

• Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex issues, changing environments.

• Experience in Project Management as well as requirements and process management, a methodological qualification in Project Management is highly desirable.

• Fluency in English is required, German is a highly desirable.

• Experience in the application of relevant SAP ERP systems, especially in SD / Revenue stream would be beneficial.
