What we’re looking for
As a Data analyst in Customer management, you will be the subject matter expert on our customers. Through analytics, we can improve our services and offerings, implement new strategies and campaigns, and forecast future trends based on existing customer behavior.
To be successful in the position requires balancing excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining customer segmentation models to identify and target different customer groups with tailored marketing offers.
Monitoring customer performance metrics to track the effectiveness of new strategies.
Conducting customer behavior analysis to understand how customers interact with products and services and identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
Develop automated and interactive dashboards/reports that summarize customer performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Identify and interpret patterns, trends, and insights related to customer management.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, customer experience, and data stewards to develop and implement customer management ideas.
Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for development.
Partner with the Data Engineering team to define and build reliable data sources.
Requirements
5+ years of analytical experience in e-commerce, retail, or other relevant industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and translate it into insights and recommendations.
Bachelor's degree in any related field: math, marketing, statistics, or computer science.
Proficiency in SQL.
Python/R.
Experience with statistical modeling techniques.
Familiarity with ML modeling and algorithms.
Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques (Power BI/Tableau etc.).
Ability to work with large amounts of data and draw conclusions useful for business on their basis.
Good communication skills and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Fluent English.
Soft skills
Good understanding of the business processes of the e-commerce company
Ability to find points of growth / possible areas of optimization in the company's work and formulate action plans for implementing changes
Mindset on an independent search for facts. Ability to deal with uncertainty in data. Ability to ask questions correctly and formulate clear answers to them.
