What we’re looking for
About the Role:
As a Brand Specialist at AUTODOC, you will be a crucial contributor in the Pan european category management team, working directly with some of the largest brands in Automotive aftermarket. This role is focused on building and managing strong relationships with specific automotive brands, optimizing brand representation on our platform, and driving brand-related strategies to enhance customer engagement , sales growth and optimizing operational performance.
Responsibilities
Brand Relationship Management:
Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with automotive brands to ensure a strong presence on the AUTODOC platform.
Collaborate with brands you own and support in negotiating mutually beneficial terms and conditions, including pricing, promotions, and product availability.
Take ownership of the brand's performance, driving initiatives to achieve top-line targets for the brand in the PAN EU market.
Drive quarterly business review with key stakeholders on Autodoc and the brands side. present relevant highlights and opportunities for improvement
Brand Representation and Promotion:
Work closely with marketing teams to develop and execute brand-specific promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.
Provide strategic input on messaging, target audience, and promotional channels to effectively showcase brands and products.
Brand Assortment Enhancement:
Analyze brand performance data, customer preferences, and market trends to optimize the assortment of products from partner brands.
Continuously evaluate and update the brand's product offerings to maximize sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Customer Experience Enhancement:
Ensure high-quality brand representation by working closely with manufacturers to improve product listings and content (e.g., A+ content) to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with various teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to align brand strategies and ensure effective execution of plans.
Share insights and market feedback to support product development and brand-related decisions.
Requirements:
3+ years working in a vendor management or category management role and eCommerce
Native/fluent German speaker
Strong Analytically, deep knowledge of SQL, Power BI
A strong understanding of and passion for the automotive industry, with a minimum of 3 years of work experience in an automotive or automotive aftermarket commercial role.
Ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and concise manner.
Ownership mentality with a strong sense of responsibility.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Innovative, team-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities.
Language skills: English (Fluent), fluency in additional European languages is preferable
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business.
