What we’re looking for
Responsibilities
- Drafting technical specifications for kit builds, determining capacity-based demand forecasts for use in demand planning and making recommendations to product teams for sourcing components to assemble new kits.
- Organizing and conducting market and competitor research. Analyzing categories, competitors and their products to identify opportunities for product improvement, range expansion.
- Continuously monitoring industry trends and innovations to incorporate them into product development.
- Working closely with other departments such as marketing, supply chain, quality control, legal, development to ensure that all departments and cross-functions work together to ensure the successful development of the business.
- Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing regular performance reports with conclusions and action plan.
Qualifications
- Experience of 5 years or more in category management, product management or related roles in the automotive or e-commerce industry
- Experience in auto parts, accessories, non-food, DIY or electronics categories.
- High degree of responsibility - ownership mindset
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking (market/competitor/customer analysis)
- Ability to build hypotheses and test them in practice.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs
- Good creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to co-operate in a team environment
- Language Skills: English = B2
- Higher education or equivalent business experience
- Skilled user of excel (summary tables, formulas, data model, DAX language)
