What inspired me to say yes to AUTODOC was the combination of its ambition, scale and clear focus on continuous improvement.

Role: People Business and Performance Partner, People & Culture
“What inspired me to say yes to AUTODOC was the combination of its ambition, scale and clear focus on continuous improvement. The company operates in a space where there’s real complexity, but also a lot of opportunity to innovate and do things better.”
My role at AUTODOC
At AUTODOC, I work as a People Business and Performance Partner for Supply Chain. In this role, I serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, focusing on aligning people strategy with business objectives in a fast-moving and complex supply chain environment. A big part of my work is helping shape the organisational setup to support both current priorities and long-term business growth.
Day to day, this means working closely with leaders on workforce planning, leadership alignment, and performance management. I also contribute to initiatives around employee development and support discussions from a people and capability perspective. A lot of my time is spent translating business needs into actionable people strategies, whether that’s around structure, talent, or performance.
The role of People Business Partnering is strongly aligned with AUTODOC’s broader focus on scaling efficiently while continuously improving how the business operates. Supply Chain in particular requires a balance of structure and agility, so I work on ensuring we have the right capabilities in place while also enabling teams to adapt quickly as priorities evolve.
What I find most impactful is being part of key decision-making conversations where people’s strategy directly influences business outcomes. It’s about helping build a high-performing organisation that is not only effective today, but also set up for sustainable success in the future.
Stefan is #ProudToBeAUTODOC
In my first weeks with AUTODOC, what stood out most was how quickly I felt able to contribute in a meaningful way. Early on, I was trusted with real tasks rather than just onboarding exercises, which made a big difference.
Something that made a strong impression was the relationship with the business side. I had the chance to collaborate with highly knowledgeable professionals who clearly know their domain inside out, but are also open, pragmatic, and eager to improve things. That combination of expertise, paired with a genuine willingness to evolve, creates a really energising environment.
There’s also a strong sense of agility in how the team works. People aren’t afraid to question existing approaches, test new ideas, and iterate quickly. You can put forward input or suggestions and then see tangible results surprisingly fast, which is both motivating and reassuring, showing that efforts don’t get stuck in long cycles but actually lead to visible impact.
Overall, the mix of trust, close collaboration with experienced colleagues, and a culture that values continuous improvement made those first weeks exciting. It set a tone that this is a place where contributions matter and where change isn’t just discussed, but actively driven.
Saying ‘yes’ to AUTODOC
What inspired me to say yes to AUTODOC was the combination of its ambition, scale and clear focus on continuous improvement. The company operates in a space where there’s real complexity, but also a lot of opportunity to innovate and do things better. And that’s exactly the kind of environment I thrive in!
From a career perspective, I’m motivated by roles where I can have a tangible impact, work closely with experienced professionals, and continuously learn. AUTODOC’s vision of evolving to better serve customers aligns well with that. It’s not just about maintaining operations, but about actively improving and challenging the status quo, which is something I value a lot.
What made AUTODOC stand out was the balance between strong domain expertise and openness to change. It felt like a place where people know what they’re doing, but are also willing to rethink, adapt and grow. This creates the right conditions to contribute meaningfully, even early on.
Looking ahead, I’m especially excited to contribute by bringing in ideas, collaborating across teams, and helping turn inputs into real, visible outcomes. The opportunity to be part of a fast-moving, impact-driven environment is what made this decision an easy yes for me.
