Corporate Governance at AUTODOC provides the foundation for responsible and sustainable business. It defines how decisions are made, performance is managed and leadership is structured across the organisation. The Management Board and Supervisory Board ensure clear guidance and effective oversight — working together to safeguard integrity, accountability and long-term value creation.

Management Board

The Management Board is responsible for AUTODOC’s strategic direction and overall business performance. It leads the company with a focus on operational excellence and disciplined growth — ensuring that decisions are aligned with our long-term objectives and the evolving needs of our customers and partners.

Dmitri Zadorojnii

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Dmitri Zadorojnii is Chief Executive Officer of AUTODOC and has been instrumental in shaping the company’s technology and product landscape from its early stages. He began his career as a web developer and quickly moved into leadership roles, including managing a software development team and building proprietary systems to modernise business operations. In 2011, he started working with AUTODOC (then E&S Pkwteile GmbH) as a contractor, playing a key role in the company’s technological development. He was appointed Chief Technology Officer in 2021 and joined the Management Board. In 2022, he became Co-CEO, and since October 2023, he has served as sole CEO, leading AUTODOC’s strategic and operational development.

Lennart Schmidt

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Lennart Schmidt is Chief Financial Officer of AUTODOC and a member of the Management Board. He brings extensive experience in finance, investor relations and international capital markets. He began his career at Volkswagen, where he held roles in investor relations with both national and international responsibility. He later moved to Beijing, overseeing investor relations for the Volkswagen Group in the Asia-Pacific region. In 2019, he joined SEAT as Head of Digital Finance. Since joining AUTODOC in 2022, he has led Investor Relations, Financial Planning & Analysis and Treasury before being appointed CFO in 2023. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s financial strategy and supports its long-term growth and capital markets positioning.

Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board oversees and advises the Management Board in all key matters of the company. With diverse experience and an independent perspective, it supports responsible governance, ensures transparency and safeguards AUTODOC’s long-term development and stakeholder trust.

Alexei Kletenkov

Chair of Supervisory Board

Alexei Kletenkov is a financial markets professional with deep expertise in equity capital markets, IPO execution and strategic advisory. He graduated with honours in International Economic Relations from MGIMO University in Moscow and began his career at J.P. Morgan in London. He subsequently held investment banking roles at Deutsche Bank and Sberbank CIB, where he was appointed Vice President. In 2016, he joined BCS Global Markets to build and lead its equity capital markets trading platform and represented the firm on the Moscow Exchange User Committee for Primary Markets. Since founding his own advisory firm in 2020, he has focused on capital raising, IPOs and financial strategy. Since 2021, he and his team have been advising AUTODOC on capital markets matters.

Alexej Erdle

Founder & Member of the Supervisory Board

Alexej Erdle is Co-Founder of AUTODOC and played a central role in building the company from its early beginnings into a leading European e-commerce platform for automotive parts. As Chief Executive Officer, he shaped the company’s strategic direction, organisational development and international expansion over more than a decade. In 2021, he transitioned from an operational leadership role to the Supervisory Board following the company’s conversion into a European stock corporation (SE). Today, he continues to support AUTODOC’s long-term development, contributing his entrepreneurial perspective and deep knowledge of the business.

Max Wegner

Founder & Member of the Supervisory Board

Max Wegner is Co-Founder of AUTODOC and was instrumental in driving the company’s commercial development and international growth. As Chief Business Development Officer, he led key initiatives across market expansion, partnerships and business scaling, with a strong focus on Eastern Europe. Based in Odesa, he played a pivotal role in building and maintaining close ties with AUTODOC’s regional operations. Since moving to the Supervisory Board in 2021, he has continued to contribute his operational insight and market expertise to the company’s strategic development.

Vitalij Kungel

Founder & Member of the Supervisory Board

Vitalij Kungel is Co-Founder of AUTODOC and oversaw the company’s financial strategy and structure during its formative growth years. As Chief Financial Officer, he was responsible for financial management, planning and governance, supporting the company’s rapid expansion across Europe. Following AUTODOC’s transition into a European stock corporation (SE) in 2021, he joined the Supervisory Board. In this role, he contributes his financial expertise and in-depth understanding of the company to its continued growth and stability.

Sandra Dax

Member of the Supervisory Board

Sandra Dax is an experienced executive in the automotive and digital industries, with a strong track record in sales, strategy and transformation. She began her career at BMW, where she held various leadership roles across controlling, regional sales and international market development, including responsibility for Southern and Eastern Europe and strategic initiatives in China. She later assumed global responsibility for used car business, sales steering and analytics, before leading eMobility initiatives across Europe. In 2020, she joined SAP as Global Vice President for Business Development in Automotive and Industrial Machinery. Since 2021, she has been Co-Founder and Co-CEO of AnAttitude, a consulting firm focused on digitalisation, new business models and transformation in the automotive sector. She has held both executive and supervisory roles at AUTODOC and brings extensive industry expertise to the company.

Jeremy Honeth is a Partner at Apollo, where he focuses on high-growth investments within the Hybrid Value strategy. Based in London, he brings more than 20 years of experience in private equity and capital markets. Prior to joining Apollo, he held positions at The Carlyle Group, Barclays Private Credit Partners and Evercore. Throughout his career, he has served on multiple public and private company boards across the industrial and technology sectors. He graduated with honours from the University of Chicago and joined the Supervisory Board of AUTODOC SE in 2024.

Dr, Ulrike Handel

Member of Supervisory Board

Dr. Ulrike Handel is a seasoned executive and board member with more than 30 years of experience in media, digital marketplaces and marketing. She most recently served as President News Media Europe and Marketing Media at Axel Springer. Previously, she was CEO of Dentsu International in Germany and the DACH region, as well as CEO and Chairman of ad pepper media International, where she led the company’s successful transformation. Earlier in her career, she held several leadership roles at Axel Springer, including responsibility for the classifieds business and positions within the WELT Group. She currently serves on multiple supervisory and advisory boards across Europe. Dr. Handel studied media management and economics in Germany and the United States and holds a PhD from the University of Amsterdam.

Manfred Puffer

Member of the Supervisory Board

Manfred Puffer is an experienced banking and investment professional with a long-standing career in European financial institutions. He joined Apollo as an Operating Partner in 2008. Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles at Bear Stearns and WestLB, where he was responsible for investment banking activities. Earlier in his career, he led fixed income at HypoVereinsbank. He has served on numerous corporate boards, including Infineon, where he was a board member for over a decade. In addition, he currently holds mandates at several financial services institutions. Manfred Puffer holds a PhD in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Vienna and joined the Supervisory Board of AUTODOC SE in 2024.
