Marketplaces Account Manager

What we’re looking for
As an Account Manager you wil be managing Marketplaces’ selling accounts on Amazon, eBay, and further and keeping their performance at a high level. Dealing with operational tasks on Marketplaces.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring Account Performance and important notifications on all active Marketplaces.
Work with cases for Marketplaces support team (written and phone calls).
Working with Product Policy Compliances in Amazon Selling Account.
Registering new secondary users on all Marketplaces.
Reacting to urgent or critical situations, which could happen on Marketplaces.
Working on tasks “marked with a star” in cooperation with a colleague.
Requirements:
1-3 years of work in Marketing
Fluent English language proficiency. Knowledge of German, French, Itaian or Spanish will be a significant plus.
Work experience with Marketplaces’ (Amazon, eBay) selling accounts.
Bachelor/Master Degree in Marketing
Clear and data driven communication, strong communication skills
