What we’re looking for
Responsibilities:
Contribute to the planning and execution of Data and Search Quality Assessments;
Extract insights from the accumulated data and contribute to experimental design;
Conduct A/B experiments for Search functionalities;
Create data samples and conduct quality assurance research on external services related to Search;
Develop new data sets and generate PowerBi reports;
Conduct data research to support the discovery of logic for Search Data Normalization and Cleaning tools in collaboration with the Product Manager
Requirements:
BA in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or another quantitative field;
5+ years of experience in data and product analytics
Advanced knowledge of Statistics;
Experience turning complex data results into meaningful visualizations with clear insights;
Participation in the software products hypothesis testing and analysis;
Advanced SQL capabilities;
Python / R or other comparable programming languages;
Power BI / Tableau;
Business analysis methods and techniques for identifying and formalizing data requirements;
Ability to work with large amounts of data
Nice to have:
Clear writing skills;
Basic knowledge of Graph theory, ML;
Experience in Search tools development;
Familiarity in Financial analysis
