Behind the Wheel: Meet Roman Snizhko
What I value most at AUTODOC is empowerment. For me, it means that ideas are heard, trust is given and there is room to turn those ideas into something real.

Role: Head of Brand & Visuals, Design
“What I value most at AUTODOC is empowerment. For me, it means that ideas are heard, trust is given and there is room to turn those ideas into something real. That has been a big part of my own experience here. I still genuinely love design itself and enjoy working with it just as much as I did years ago.”
My role at AUTODOC
I joined in September 2018 as a Senior Graphic Designer focused on promotional design and, over time, took on more responsibility across channels, teams, and processes. Currently, I lead the Brand & Visual direction at AUTODOC, helping shape how design supports the brand, the teams behind it, and the wider business.
My work brings together several areas: design operations, visual brand development, support for design managers, and improving collaboration across teams and departments. In practice, that means helping create clearer ways of working, strengthening visual consistency, and ensuring design can grow in a way that remains both creative and useful to the business.
Roman is #ProudToBeAUTODOC
What makes me especially proud is that my journey at AUTODOC has grown alongside the company and the design function. Back in 2018, I was part of a period when the department was still taking shape, so I had the opportunity not only to grow within it, but also to help build it. One of the most meaningful parts of that journey was helping form a strong design team and the processes around it. Today, I work to strengthen and align multiple teams across the Brand & Visual direction. My role allows me to contribute not only to stronger design but also to stronger collaboration, better structure, and an environment where other people can grow, too.
What makes my current role especially meaningful is that my experience as a designer helps me far beyond design itself. Good design has never been about visuals alone; it also means understanding people, listening carefully, and adapting to real needs and contexts. In many ways, working with teams and processes follows the same logic. It requires understanding people, timing, and circumstances, just on a broader and more complex level. That is what I like most about working at AUTODOC: the opportunity to turn experience, trust, and ideas into something meaningful for both the business and the people behind it.
Saying ‘yes’ to AUTODOC
What I value most in our company is empowerment. For me, it means that ideas are heard, trust is given, and there is room to turn those ideas into something real. That has been a big part of my own experience here. I still genuinely love design itself and enjoy working with it just as much as I did years ago.
