My role at AUTODOC
I was employed in AUTODOC more than 7 years ago as the HR Manager (back then the PL entity name was ABC Autoparts!), I was told that it will be a small logistics hub with not more than 400 employees… and well, yup, as you see AUTODOC’s dynamics and growth is not just the slogan, because now in Poland we are over 2400 employees and me? Well, I’ve been in the Legal team for almost 4 years (and can’t complain).
As Senior Legal Manager, I’m responsible (together with the team) for handling all the legal cases and topics in Poland and Czech, so my fields of expertise are quite wide from labor law to civil and commercial law perspective and ending on firefighting especially during some kind of serious events. I’m supporting our stakeholders with providing the most efficient legal and (hopefully!) user friendly explanations and solutions or sometimes surprising them with the legal opinion. I’m still learning not to write too long e-mails with the explanations and I think I’m progressing here!
I’m also a Compliance Ambassador supporting and advising our local teams in terms of Code of Conduct matters. As you see, I don’t know what boredom is.

Why am I proud to be AUTODOC? Because AUTODOC cares. AUTODOC cares about employees, about bringing out our talents and developing them, cares to be the best for our customers and cares to be better. And last but not least, AUTODOC cares to do some good things. Since the day I joined the company, my ideas for charity events have had full support from the Management. We’ve helped so many people completely selflessly and that’s really amazing!
I also appreciate how many team players we have here. It’s great to work in a place where there are no rigid departmental divisions, because we all feel like part of one big team. Instead of just minding our own business, we’re all playing for one goal and working together towards shared success (or extinguish the fire).
