AUTODOC PRO Gains Momentum in Germany

A growing customer base and expanded field service network strengthen AUTODOC PRO’s footprint in the German aftermarket.

  • More than 4,500 independent garages already connected in Germany
  • Field service team deployed since March 2025
  • Around 40 percent market coverage across 74 zones
  • Positive feedback from visitors at the international trade fair Equip Auto in Paris

Berlin, 30 October 2025 – Autodoc SE, Europe’s leading online retailer for vehicle parts and accessories, continues to expand its business with independent workshops, wholesalers, and professional users. “Since its launch in France in November 2022, AUTODOC PRO has increasingly become a key driver of our growth in Europe. In economically uncertain times, automotive mechanics are looking for ways to reduce repair costs and increase profitability,” says Franck Millet, Director of AUTODOC PRO Europe.
The partner offer for professionals and tradespeople is now active in France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy, Germany, and Austria.

Wolfgang Sakals, responsible for the DACH region at AUTODOC PRO, expressed his satisfaction with the launch of the full version in Germany. AUTODOC PRO, which expanded its digital offering in Germany in March 2025 by adding a field service team, currently serves more than 4,500 customers. “Despite the dynamic competitive landscape in Germany, we were able to convince workshops with our offering,” said Sakals during the international aftermarket trade fair Equip Auto. Market coverage currently stands at around 40 percent and is expected to reach full coverage by next year. For comparison, since its launch in France in November 2022, around 20,800 workshops (as of June 30, 2025) across 106 French regions have joined the platform.

Positive customer feedback at Equip Auto in Paris

Customer satisfaction was also evident at Equip Auto, reflected in the positive feedback from visitors. “We appreciate the direct exchange with AUTODOC PRO and other workshops. The trade fair gave us the opportunity to explore the entire PRO offering,” said an employee from Motorendoc Niersberger, a visitor to the AUTODOC PRO booth. The head of the Chiarelli master workshop added: “The presentation of the AUTODOC PRO service model was very interesting. We immediately gathered ideas on how to integrate it into our workshop processes.”

The dynamic development of AUTODOC’s B2B segment is also reflected in its financial figures for the first half of the year. Revenue in the professional segment rose by 114.1 percent year-on-year to €64.2 million. By midyear, the B2B division had already nearly reached the total annual revenue of the previous year — in 2024, B2B revenue had increased by around 280.0 percent to approximately €68.0 million.

Ambitious goals in Germany

According to Wolfgang Sakals, AUTODOC PRO is set for significant growth in Germany in the coming years. In addition to achieving full market coverage, he expects a substantial increase in the number of active customers. “Our goal is to become a reliable and important partner for workshops in Germany,” explains Sakals. To achieve this, Germany will be divided into 74 zones to ensure optimal customer support. Between Flensburg and Passau, there are tens of thousands of independent workshops, representing great potential for AUTODOC PRO. Each of the 74 zones will be serviced by more than 74 field and sales representatives. Since this year, following an initial digital-only phase, AUTODOC PRO has been operating under a “phygital concept” — combining physical and digital services. This includes the AUTODOC PRO online platform for selecting and ordering spare parts, a customer management service, and a field service team that visits workshops to collect returns and provide on-site support.

goCORE private label as a key success factor for AUTODOC PRO

In addition to price, product range, and delivery reliability, Sakals sees the recently launched private label goCORE as a key driver of future growth:
“goCORE and our other private label RIDEX will redefine the market and provide every customer with the right offer.” goCORE includes 10,000 products across more than 40 categories, offering parts in original equipment manufacturer (OEM) quality for value-based repairs, perfect fit, competitive value for money, and sustainability in delivery and aftercare. Sakals adds: “goCORE supports repair businesses with high-quality products and a comprehensive range tailored to their needs — developed by aftermarket experts for professionals — to help them increase profitability and build trust.”
