My role at AUTODOC
I’m a member of our AUTODOC Legal team. I hold two positions – overseeing legal operations in Ukraine, Moldova, and Kazakhstan, and serving as the active Country Managing Director (CMD) for AUTODOC Ukraine. These roles give me a unique opportunity to engage in both domestic business activities and cross-border legal work. While managing legal operations, I have the chance for extensive interaction and cultural cooperation among legal teams from three different jurisdictions across five time zones, all working toward implementing a unified AUTODOC global legal standard for daily business activities.

As a Country Managing Director, I am proud to oversee the operational management of our Ukrainian entity, which has over 1,000 employees. Despite extremely dangerous wartime conditions, we maintain strict business continuity, resilience, and adaptability in this challenging environment.
My dual work-specific role gives me wide possibilities to implement an AUTODOC legal and compliance approach and practices to ensure business sustainability within the countries we operate in. And on the other hand, to organise and manage one of the most adaptable country business units in Ukraine, which could provide tech, marketing, customer support, and financial services for our company, despite any critical geopolitical events in the world!
