My role at AUTODOC
My journey with AUTODOC began in Odesa, Ukraine, when I joined as a Customer Care agent for the Spanish market. At that time, I knew absolutely nothing about cars, but within just a month, I could confidently sell all kinds of spare parts in Spanish, from bearings to flywheels!
It was a fun, fast-paced start, and from day one, I felt supported and encouraged to grow. That sense of growth has followed me ever since. Over the years, I’ve had the chance to explore completely new paths – moving from Customer Support to Learning & Development, where I created training materials, conducted workshops, and even led a team. And now, as part of the People & Culture Team, I work on initiatives that shape the entire employee experience across the company.
Together with my colleagues, we focus on improving and bringing to life the people’s products that shape our employees’ experience. I love finding ways to simplify, humanise, and improve our processes.
Days usually don’t look the same: some are about creating learning content or automating processes, others are about updating the knowledge base or aligning on new people initiatives. But the goal behind it all remains the same: to ensure people have the best possible experience with us.

One of my proudest moments was being part of the team that launched AUTODOC’s first global onboarding process, and we did it in a remarkably short time.
It was a huge step for the company, and seeing it come to life was incredibly rewarding. It still is one of my biggest areas of focus – in collaboration with colleagues from People & Culture Team and also other departments, I design and improve the journey that helps newcomers feel connected and confident from their very first day.
I also host our Global Welcome Session twice a month, where new colleagues from all over the world get to know AUTODOC’s business, culture, and values. Who would think that some time ago I was new at AUTODOC, and now I get the chance to welcome new employees myself!

What truly inspires me, though, are the people I work with. AUTODOC is full of passionate, driven professionals who make the company as dynamic and fast-growing as it is.
I also love that initiatives and fresh ideas are always welcomed here – many of the projects that shaped my career started because I volunteered to take part. That’s what makes AUTODOC special to me: it’s a place where people grow, evolve, and make an impact together – and I’m proud to be part of that journey.
