My role at AUTODOC
As SVP Legal & General Counsel at AUTODOC, I act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team, overseeing all legal, regulatory, and compliance matters. I manage legal risks, ensure strong corporate governance, and support the business through contract negotiation, data protection, and intellectual property management. I also lead on employment law, litigation, and internal investigations, while shaping cross-border legal strategies to support the company’s growth. In addition, I am responsible for sustainability and insurance — two critical areas for safeguarding and future-proofing the business. Of course, all of this is only possible thanks to an outstanding team of dedicated lawyers, compliance and insurance experts with whom I work closely and in full trust.

In my first months at AUTODOC after joining in April 2021, what made me feel truly proud and excited was the combination of entrepreneurial spirit and operational excellence that defines this company. From day one, I was struck by the scale and complexity of AUTODOC’s business — operating across so many markets, in multiple languages, with millions of customers — and yet driven by a lean, hands-on, and highly motivated team. The openness and speed of collaboration across functions stood out immediately.
I was welcomed not only as a legal advisor but as a strategic partner, invited to contribute to critical discussions on growth, governance, sustainability, and risk mitigation. The willingness to evolve, challenge established ways of thinking, and build better structures from the ground up was energising.

What inspired me to say yes to AUTODOC was the rare opportunity to join a fast-scaling tech company with real-world impact, while helping to build the legal and governance foundation for sustainable growth.
