My role at AUTODOC
As Vice-President of Accounting, Reporting & Tax, I ensure AUTODOC’s numbers are rock solid – reliable, transparent, and fast. Together with my teams, I keep our financial house in order so the company can grow with confidence and clarity. Adding our business to our books while our company continues to grow is never boring.
On a typical day, you’ll find me somewhere between numbers, people, and projects: closing the books, managing our financial audits, discussing reports with our executive management and board members, or working with cross-functional teams on initiatives that push AUTODOC forward.

My biggest pride is leading a team that combines expertise, dedication, and a good sense of humor (because yes, even accountants can laugh). After 2 years at AUTODOC, I can truly say this: we’ve built not only structures and systems, but also a culture of trust and collaboration that makes AUTODOC a very special place to be.
One project I’m particularly proud of is the SAP implementation for Finance, which we rolled out in just 8 months. It was a true joint effort with Corporate IT and many other departments, involving more than 80 colleagues. This experience showed me how strong we are as a company: with the right team, focus, and trust, everything is possible at AUTODOC.
Another highlight has been making the Finance department fit for the capital market. This meant countless improvements, from processes to reporting speed. We even accelerated the preparation of our annual financial statements by two months. Today, we meet all capital market requirements, which makes me incredibly proud of the entire team.

What I like the most about working here is the mix of ambition and openness for change. AUTODOC is a place where people take on huge challenges and responsibilities, but always as a team, with trust and humor along the way.
I’m grateful for the opportunity to grow alongside the company. Every challenge, whether it’s implementing systems, preparing for the capital market, or managing daily operations, has been a chance to learn and to see how much is possible when you work with such talented colleagues.
Looking back, I’m amazed by how far we’ve come as a Finance team. We’ve built strong foundations, accelerated processes, and proved that Finance isn’t just about number crunching – it’s about enabling the company’s future.
