AUTODOC enters partnership with FarEye to modernise delivery processes

Cooperation supports further improvements in delivery reliability, transparency and customer experience

Berlin, 17 February 2026 – Autodoc SE, Europe’s leading online retailer for automotive spare parts and accessories, is entering into a strategic partnership with FarEye, the global leader in Last-Mile Delivery. „The automotive aftermarket is evolving faster than ever and with it, customer expectations are rising,“ says Sebastian Bleser, Vice President Supply Chain at AUTODOC. The collaboration will accelerate AUTODOC’s modernisation course in Europe by deploying FarEye’s AI-powered platform. The goal is to further improve delivery reliability, transparency and the customer experience. „In view of our steadily growing presence in Europe, we are investing in the type of digital infrastructure that the industry demands today: connected, intelligent and scalable. Our partnership with FarEye supports this ambition and strengthens our ability to supply millions of customers even more consistently than before.“

The logistics landscape for auto parts is complex: millions of stock-keeping units (SKUs), cross-border goods flows, specialized handling requirements, tight delivery windows and high pressure to reduce service costs. For many companies, this leads to fragmented transport networks, inconsistent customer experiences, limited delivery options, high cart abandonment rates and a lack of unified transparency. In response to the growing demand for faster and more predictable access to essential vehicle components, AUTODOC is ramping up its modern logistics backbone. This is designed to support the company’s scale and ensure precision for workshops, dealers and private vehicle owners. „Whether a workshop is waiting for a critical component or drivers are repairing their vehicles themselves – reliability and speed define the experience,“ says Bleser.

Support for Expanding Logistics Structure

By implementing FarEye’s delivery intelligence layer, AUTODOC will unify its multi-carrier operations, strengthen Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance, expand delivery options and create real-time transparency across its entire European network—while simultaneously increasing predictability and efficiency. The partnership connects the entire delivery lifecycle within an AI-powered ecosystem. It brings together carrier allocation, address validation, predictive delivery dates, real-time tracking and seamless returns into a future-proof foundation. This supports AUTODOC’s expanding logistics structure in Europe, including major sites in Germany, Poland, Belgium, the Czech Republic and a new site to come in the UK.

AUTODOC and FarEye Set New Industry Standard

The strategic partnership marks another milestone for FarEye’s growing presence in the spare parts industry and underscores its position as the preferred partner for digital transformation in complex, high-volume distribution networks. „The auto parts industry in Europe stands at the intersection of rising customer expectations, complex cross-border movements and an increasingly diverse vehicle landscape including internal combustion engines, electric vehicles and commercial fleets,“ says Gautam Kumar, Co-founder and COO of FarEye. „AUTODOC has built one of the most advanced supply chains in this sector, and their commitment to modernization makes them a pioneer. By partnering with FarEye, they are creating a delivery ecosystem for the next decade of mobility – data-driven, connected and scalably resilient. We are proud to support AUTODOC in setting a new industry standard.“
