AUTODOC launches cooperation with Euromaster

From checkout to workshop: AUTODOC and Euromaster Germany bridge the gap between e-commerce and professional service for a seamless customer journey

  • Customers can now buy tyres from AUTODOC and book fitting directly
  • Survey confirms: integrated solution meets customer needs
  • On the way to becoming a full-service mobility provider: AUTODOC is exploring further services

Berlin, 05 March 2026 – Autodoc SE, Europe’s leading online retailer for automotive spare parts and accessories, is now cooperating with Euromaster Germany, a large tyre and car service specialist. The partnership allows customers to order tyres from AUTODOC and directly book an appointment for installation at a convenient time at their preferred Euromaster workshop. By providing a fixed price and a guaranteed slot, the service ensures transparency and eliminates waiting times and the need for further coordination. “Together with Euromaster Germany, we are creating a seamless customer experience – from easy online purchasing to professional fitting on site. This not only offers greater convenience, but also addresses a real need,” says Dmitri Zadorojnii, Chief Executive Officer at Autodoc SE.

According to a recent survey by AUTODOC, around one third of customers intend to have their tyres fitted by a garage when purchasing them. Just under 35 percent are also interested in an online garage booking service. Eight percent of more than 1,100 respondents from France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden and the UK would not even buy tyres without a fitting service. “The results show that our offering meets specific needs and can further increase customer satisfaction,“ says Dmitri Zadorojnii. He sees Euromaster as the perfect partner for this.

From click to workshop: around 400 branches to choose from

In Germany, Euromaster has a service network of around 400 of its own branches and franchise outlets, all equipped with state-of-the-art technology. For Euromaster Germany, the partnership is an important milestone in its digital strategy to further link online and offline services. Last but not least, with integrated workshop booking, the companies are helping to solve frequent problems faced by the target group – such as high service costs and difficulties in finding a reliable workshop or in fitting tyres purchased online.

“AUTODOC customers can now book a first-class tyre service directly, and easily find their way to one of our branches throughout Germany,“ explains Edo Wiggers, Chief Executive Officer at Euromaster Germany and Austria. “The cooperation combines our local workshop expertise with the digital reach of AUTODOC.“ Last year alone, the online retailer AUTODOC processed almost 19 million orders.

Mission: full-service mobility – AUTODOC explores additional services

With this new offering, AUTODOC expects to establish new long-term customer relationships and increase average order values. The cooperation with Euromaster Germany is just the beginning of a service sales platform that can be further scaled in the future. AUTODOC is also considering offering additional services such as oil changes or brake installation through further partnerships with service providers in various countries. The goal is to become the leading European technology ecosystem for the automotive aftermarket and to connect people, brands and markets through innovation, trust and intelligent digital solutions.
