We are looking for a Supply Chain Planner (m/f/d) in Cheb to build up our new company location! Join us and become a part of our success story!

What we’re looking for

Your responsibilities :

  • Cooperation with the Supply Chain Planning Manager and the managers of individual Autodoc operational departments and external companies on the subject of planning
  • Control and planning of the material flow schedule (so-called transfer) in various warehouses and countries
  • Ongoing cooperation with representatives of other warehouses of the Autodoc group, especially in the field of migration of goods between warehouse
  • Preparation of all required ad hoc reports and ongoing analysis of stock levels (including ABC analysis), implementation of any changes in systems as part of planning requirements
  • Identification, creation and interpretation of key performance indicators (KPIs) describing the structure of inventory, packaging materials and their rotation and comparison of planned to real quantities
  • Development and control of the targeted plan along with its implementation as part of the control of stock levels in terms of quality and quantity based on the system
  • Supervision of stock levels and consumption of materials, ordering from external suppliers of deliveries according to the needs of warehouses, support of the project team (PEM) for testing new solutions in the company
  • Support the implementation of the supplier inventory management (VMI) process
  • Close cooperation with all departments of the company and entities
  • A conscious attitude promoting compliance with the Regulations and internal rules of health and safety and fire
  • Performing other tasks commissioned by the supervisor under the employment contract

What do we expect from the candidate?:

  • Degree in business, management, logistics or a related field
  • In addition, you have several years of professional experience in the field of work preparation, planning or logistics and are confident in using the MS Office package and logistics software
  • Good priority management and problem-solving skills to continue parallel tasks with the correct priority even in difficult or unexpected situations
  • Good understanding of logistical interrelationships
  • Committed and friendly appearance paired with assertiveness
  • You work proactively, independently, solution-oriented
  • Strong methodological and conceptual skills coupled with an analytical mindset
  • You enjoy working in an international environment
  • Fluency in Czech and communicative knowledge of English / Other language skills are welcome
