Instructor Leader Logistics (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Instructor Leader Logistics (m/f/d) in Cheb to build up our new company location! Join us and become a part of our success story!

What we’re looking for

Your responsibilities:

  • Organizing the work of subordinate employees, supervising and delegating tasks
  • Supervising the training process of new employees as well as those returning after long-term sick leave
  • Active participation in the development of AUTODOC training methods and standards
  • Controlling and evaluating the performance of the subordinate team, motivating, providing information in order to achieve our business goals
  • Reporting to the supervisor regarding the results achieved in their area of operation
  • Supervision of the maintenance of order and discipline at workstations
  • Constant contact and cooperation with employees of other departments to accomplish tasks
  • Improving and monitoring the onboarding process for new employees
  • Evaluation of processes and implementation of improvements in subordinate areas
  • Participation in the creation and updating of instructions, procedures and other documents that are necessary for the implementation of processes

What do we expect from the candidate:

  • Degree in business administration, logistics or related field
  • Relevant and documented work experience in the vocational field
  • Experience in managing a group of employees
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to make quick decisions and act decisively in a dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in Czech and communicative knowledge of English / Language skills in Ukrainian or Russian are welcome
