We are looking for a Fleet Supervisor (m/f/d) in Cheb to build up our new company location! Join us and become a part of our success story!

What we’re looking for

Your responsibilities :

  • Developing and ensuring efficient timetables to maximize profits
  • Management and supervision of the driver-team to ensure adherence to schedules and proper driving practices
  • Registration and licensing of vehicles as well as keeping detailed records of vehicle maintenance and inspections
  • Development and implementation of strategies to increase fuel efficiency
  • Participation in the planning of personnel requirements and support in the hiring process
  • First point of contact for information, advice, feedback as well as support for others within the department to achieve better work results or to solve problems
  • Ensure a high quality of service

What do we expect from the candidate:

  • Degree in business, management, logistics or a related field
  • Proven work experience (at least 2 years) as a Fleet Manager or similar role
  • Ability to plan, organize and direct the work of team in a safe and efficient manner
  • Proficiency of financial management, budgeting, planning and forecasting
  • Excellent leadership skills and coordination abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle difficult or unexpected situations as well as complex business challenges
  • Fluency in Czech and communicative knowledge of English / Language skills in Ukrainian or Russian are welcome
