Specialist Customer Feedback (Spanish-speaking)

AUTODOC was founded in 2008 in Berlin and we are now a leading E-commerce for automotive spare parts in Europe with over 1 billion € in sales. We are a fast-growing, profitable technology company with a highly diverse team of over 5 000 people from 50 countries where things are going fast forward! The Contact Center department consists of more than 700 people working from Ukraine, Moldova Germany, and Portugal now. We find a common language with clients from 27 countries of the world. We are looking for Spanish-speaking Specialist Customer Feedback in Lisbon.

What we’re looking for


  • Work with letters, reviews and comments from clients on different sites

  • Monitoring and control of the company's reputation on third-party resources

  • Raising the company's ratings, according to the department's internal regulations

  • Classification of reasons for reviews

  • Making outgoing calls to clients for surveys

  • Conflict resolution


Required Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge of Spanish C1 (oral and written), English B1

  • Experience in customer service

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with others, from customers to co-workers
